Lately, I’ve been keeping these Paleo Friendly Oat & Almond Butter Balls in the freezer for a quick snack that satisfies my sweet tooth. I’m so happy with this concoction I just had to share it with you!

These Oat & Almond Butter Balls are such a quick and easy-to-make treat. They are made with all primary ingredients, and absolutely scrumptious. Not to mention, they are packed with protein. So, you can certainly snack on one or two of these if you’re low on energy. Up to you if you want to add chocolate chips. ; )

Oat & Almond Butter Balls – Paleo Friendly!

Servings: 10

Paleo friendly


  • 1 Cup rolled oats
  • 1 Cup toasted coconut
  • ¾ Cup almond butter (or any other nut butter)
  • 2 T Ground Flax Seed
  • 2 T Organic Honey


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Roll, with your hands, into golf-sized balls.
  3. Place on wax paper and freeze for a minimum of 1 hour.
  4. You can keep these in the freezer. They only take 10 minutes to defrost.
