Ah, the warm and sunny weather has finally arrived! Now, it’s not so hard to believe Memorial Day is around the corner! What are your plans? Scott and I hope to make it down to the shore, at least one day. I also may be doing a little shopping to take advantage of the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale! I already have my eye on a few pieces. Mainly summer rompers and jumpsuits!!
This past weekend, we celebrated my nephew’s First Birthday party at a county club. The weather was a little off. Partly drizzly and cloudy, but warm. I picked out this adorable jumpsuit from Nordstrom. It was perfect (wearing a jumpsuit, that is) because I was able to dress it down with a denim jacket and sandals. I also felt more comfortable since I held Baby Blue. Originally, I purchased this jumpsuit because it’s so versatile! It can definitely pass for a more formal event, as well. (Or our next cruise.)
I received a few other rompers and jumpsuits from Nordstrom, last week, and I finally had some pictures taken. (It was rainy all week!) These are all pieces that have some versatility, and can be worn to those occasions you may want to move around more freely. They should go on sale, this week, so I’d check back here on Friday, to see if they are reduced! However, if you fear they may sell out to fast, don’t wait. They are all modestly priced. : )
Summer Rompers & Jumpsuits
1.) Socialite Lace Overlay Romper – $79.00 – I absolutely love everything about this! It’s so feminine and comfortable. Lace is everywhere, right now, and I think it’s just so clever the way it flows over this adorable romper. It comes in several colors and runs true to size. I’m wearing a Medium in Ice Blue.
2.) Bardot Stripe Strapless Jumpsuit – $129 – This is just so much fun. It’s linen and lightweight, even with a cotton lining. I love the subtle cut-out from the mid-drift. It fits true to size.
3.) Speechless Maxi Romper – $59 I like the longer sleeves on this piece. And, while the shorts are short, the bottom has an almost complete skirt that elongates your lower half. While giving you a bit more coverage.
4.) Vince Camuto Woodblock Floral Jumpsuit – $119 – I liked the comfortable matte jersey fabric of this jumpsuit. With a global-chic floral design. It runs a bit large, but fits nice. I paired it with a linen jacket, so you can see how it would look a little more dressed up.
5.) Leith Eyelet Jersey (Currently marked down $53!) I thought this was so cute. Anything eyelet speaks to me. It’s feminine and reminds me of the beach! I love the wide leg. It does say that it runs true to size, but a medium was tight on me! (So, if you’re curvy you-know-where, I’d size up. ; )
If you want to pair any of these items with the bag, shoes, or accessories that I’m wearing, here you go!
